The spacious Room 1, accessible via a steep staircase, features an impressively large bed-an unexpected plus for my 6'6 frame. The absence of disruptive noise ensured a restorative night's sleep, complemented by ample tea and coffee facilities, including an electric kettle. Breakfast, while an added cost, delivers considerate value with generous portions, making it worth the tenner. The famous Angel Fries during dinner were a standout, too. For dog lovers and those seeking tranquility, the friendly staff and locals add a sense of belonging.
